As you will see from the videos the top floor bay window sills had a lot of rot on them and I replaced them with new hard wood sills. The whole front of the house had been neglected for quite some time so needed a lot of patch repairs. Paints used were; Sandtex on the pebble dash zinnser and all coat on the wood work.
