Originally from Manchester I started out life as an aspiring actor, however before attending drama school I spent 3 years as an apprentice builder and during my training I was involved in converting old barns into living spaces, learning about traditional methods of dressing oak beams and I loved the fact that these were British oak, probably from galleons, and recycled to be used for these projects. I spent 8 years perusing an acting career, but breaks were hard to find and living in a bed sit, I started a job in sales but was never fulfilled by that career which led me to go full circle, back to what I know, for which I have a natural artistic flair and thus Artisan Decorating was established in Bromley!
